Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Airport

What a stay! I went to Phoenix for a concert and my boyfriend had a flight out the next day. We were planning on going out for dinner but ate at the hotel because of time constraints. They do a free dinner and 3 drinks per guest! The food was actually really tasty and they had lots of drink options. Breakfast the next day was also great and my boyfriend was able to schedule an airport shuttle which was so convenient. The room was clean, bed was comfy and I didnt hear any other guests during the night. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient checking me in and out. Keep up the good work here!

This is an amazing hotel! The front desk was so nice. The room was clean and spacious with amazing air circulation. The view from the room was lovely. The pool and hot tub area was great with plenty of lounging areas. Dinner and breakfast service went off without a hitch. The bartender was also fantastic. We look forward to coming back to this location in the future!

Besides this being a great location and a cool hotel in general, I’d like to make note of the front desk manager. She was exceptional in regards to accommodating myself and treating others well. I witnessed it firsthand and even in seemingly unrelated areas like the restaurants where she was serving others. Easy 5 stars, and wish I had some more time to stay here.

The upscale Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Airport provided superior customer service from the shuttle drivers to the check-in staff to the food service workers and cleaning staff. My room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The location is in a safe area and only a few minutes from the airport. A special note of thanks to Joseph, a front desk service agent, and Bianca the General Manager for their professionalism and five star assistance.

It’s a Hilton garden inn, but instead of a constant mild disappointment, it’s constant pleasant surprises. The price was about in line with a Hilton garden inn, but the rooms were cleaner and the staff was friendlier. Then we learned about the free dinner and 3 free drinks per person. I set expectations fairly low for food and drinks but was very pleasantly surprised. We had meatballs and mashed potatoes that were about in line with what I would expect at somewhere like Cracker Barrel, and the local beer was about the same quality as a blue moon. The (also free) morning shuttle was on time, the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and the beds were really really comfortable. My only complaint is that they don’t have more locations. Easily the best value for money in hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The people at this hotel are incredibly friendly! The cost is great. The food was amazing. The rooms were incredibly clean. This is probably one of the most surprisingly amazing hotels I've ever stayed at!

Such a nice place and a great experience. The room was very comfortable and very quiet. The staff was amazing and so helpful with all my questions and needs. Kudos to Alex at the Kitchen and Bar, he went above and beyond with great service and friendly chit chat for an out of owner. I have never stayed at a Drury before, but I will definitely try others because of how great this one was.

I love this hotel the service is awesome. Only thing I can ding them on is he food. We bought dinner at the hotel restaurant the first night and we're really disappointed. Tater tots were half done, spinach artichoke dip was disgusting and the chicken sandwich I got was edible not at all what I was expecting. It was a bunch of tenders rolled in wing sauce. After tasting what we paid for we were not even going to take our chances with free food.
